Terms of Service | Seeable MVP

1. Digital Export Services

SeeableMVP provides "Architecture Sprints" and "MVP Builds" as digital export services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms regardless of your geographic location.

2. Intellectual Property Transfer

Full ownership of all custom software, code, and related assets is transferred to the Client upon receipt of final payment. SeeableMVP maintains no claim to your proprietary product ideas or data.

3. Fees and Billing

All pricing is in USD unless otherwise specified. As a global service provider, we utilize Paddle.com to handle localized tax requirements at the point of sale.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the provider's registered jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of the provider's home territory.
